What does it taste like ...
Smooth and elegant experience with a nice presence of tannins making this blend has a nice and fruity taste of dark berries, a hint of pepper.
The nose displays both a fruity and mineral character, has a high complexity and persistence.
The Syrah is aged in Barriques to give it lush texture so typical of new world wines. Meanwhile the Sangiovese is aged in large oak barrels, which is traditional of the old world style. This beautiful blend has a soft, velvety texture, which leads to a wine that is lifted with polish complexity and a luscious, generous palate with sweet chocolate finish.
