The grapes of Tourán Garnacha come from small plots with low yields, which are harvested manually and fermented separately in small stainless steel tanks. Then the wine is bottled in French oak barrels to complete the malolactic fermentation. The wine ripens for 22 months in the same barrels. Each barrel of Tourán Garnacha is tasted individually and after a rigorous selection you will receive a limited production of this exclusive wine.

Tourán Garnacha offers notes of black and blue fruits, crushed blackberries, blue berries, sweet vanilla, roasted oak, spices and licorice. The palate has a full and very tasty volume, its tannins are tough, but very well integrated. Its good acid balances the sweet fruit. Here again we are reminded of black plums, blackberries, licorice, black pepper, graphite and cinnamon.
