Atis 2012 - Bolgheri Superiore

Grape variety: 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc and Merlot Atis ages for 24 months in oak barrels and then continues the maturation for another 12 months in bottles.The Bolgheri Superiore Atis is caracterized by deep red color. It is a wine which requires time because it has a complex perfume, has a full taste which slowly develop in the wine glass. The bouquet is initially spicy, rich of red fruit, liquorice and mint. In the mouth it becomes soft, balanced, nicely structured and long lasting. It can be served with stronger cheeses, red meat and heavier tastes like deer.
