Why we offer this to you ...
The blend sounded very unusual to us and we couldn't resist trying it. Knowing that Xavier Vignon also consults wine makers in New Zealand we were curious if he could get nice nose and freshness of the New Zealand Sauvignons into a French wine. What we experienced is a very nice refreshing wine which has Sauvignon as a base but the Picpoul and Grenache really add another level of finesse to this blend.
All is harvested manually which in this price category is very rare.
